CITRUS PLATTER WITH A DUKKAH PISTACHIO TOPPING
INGREDIENTS:
1 Grapefruit
1 Navel Orange
1 Pomelo
1 Blood Orange
1 Kiwi
1/4 Cup Pistachio (chopped)
1 Tbsp Dukkah mix (Optional)
Mint for garnish
HOW TO:
Slice all of your oranges and kiwi in 1/4 inch slices, arrange on a cute platter and sprinkle the dukkah and chopped pistachios all over it. Garnish with mint.
