INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 LBS OF TRICOLOR TORTELLINI PASTA

  • 2.5 LBS CONTAINER OF OLIVE OIL MARINATED MOZZARELLA BALLS

  • 2 LBS OF GRAPE TOMATOES

  • WOOD SKEWERS

  • SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE

  • FRESH CHOPPED PARSLEY (OPTIONAL)

INSTRUCTIONS:

COOK THE PASTA ACCORDING TO THE INSTRUCTIONS ON THE PACKAGE. ASSEMBLE THE KABOBS WITH THE SKEWERS IN THE FOLLOWING ORDER: TORTELLINI, MOZZARELLA, AND THE GRAPE TOMATO-REPEAT. ADD SALT AND PEPPER.

DRIZZLE SOME OF THE HERBS OIL FROM THE MOZZARELLA MARINADE FOR TASTE. SPRINKLE FRESH PARSLEY AS GARNISH.
