INGREDIENTS:

CRUST:

1 Cup Butter (2 sticks)

2 Cups All-purpose flour

1/2 Cup confectioner’s sugar

Mix all ingredients until fully combined and dough is formed. Press dough into tart pan and bake at 350ºF for 20 mins, or until golden brown. Remove from oven and set on the counter to cool.

HOMEMADE WHIPPING CREAM:

3 Cups heavy whipping cream

1/2 Cup confectioner’s sugar

Beat both ingredients together for about 5 minutes or until whipped cream consistency has been reached.

TOPPINGS:

Fresh strawberries and blueberries.

ASSEMBLE:

Release the tart from the pan and add it to your serving platter. Add a generous amount of whipped cream and arrange the fruit on it to your liking. Refrigerate until it is time to serve.
