SNICKERDOODLE CHEESECAKE BITES
INGREDIENTS:
6 Slices of Cheesecake (You can use store-bought)
1 Cup Sugar
3 Tbsp Cinnamon
10 Oz Ghirardelli Dark Chocolate
Turbinado Sugar for garnish
INSTRUCTIONS:
1.- In a large bowl mash the cheesecake and mix well until a soft consistency.
2.- Combine the sugar and cinnamon in a glass bowl.
3.- Add Cinnamon sugar mixture to the cheesecake.
4.- Form cheesecake mixture into small balls
6.- Melt chocolate in the microwave in 15 seconds intervals until fully dissolved.
7.- Coat the cheesecake balls with melted chocolate.
8.- Garnish each with turbinado sugar.
9.- Freeze until it is time to serve.
