3 INGREDIENT NUTELLA BROWNIES WITH MASCARPONE FROSTING

INGREDIENTS:

1 Cup Nutella

2/3 Cup All-Purpose flour

2 Eggs

8 Oz. Mascarpone cheese

1 Cup confectioner’s sugar

1 Cup heavy whipping cream

1 tbsp organic pure vanilla

Raspberries, blackberries and some chocolate shavings for garnish. (I like to use Ghirardelli’s 60% chocolate bar).

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Preheat oven at 350ºF

  2. In a medium sized bowl combine the Nutella, flour and eggs. Mix well until fully combined.

  3. Grease a small to medium sized baking pan and pour the batter into it, spreading evenly.

  4. Bake for 20 minutes, or until center is fully baked (use the toothpick method to test).

  5. Prepare the frosting by combining the mascarpone cheese and sugar and with a hand mixer, mix well until fully incorporated.

  6. Slowly add the whipping cream and keep mixing at medium to high speed.

  7. Add vanilla and mix until you reach the consistency of the frosting.

  8. Once the brownies have cooled. Cut them into rectangular pieces.

  9. Frost by piping frosting onto them, or you can also use a spatula.

  10. Arrange the berries on top and add chocolate shavings.

  11. ENJOY!
