HEALTHY CREAMY TOMATILLO DRESSING

INGREDIENTS:

4 Tomatillos (husked).

1 and 3/4 Cup Primal Kitchen Mayo (Sold at Costco, Sprouts Market or Whole Foods).

1 1/2 Cup Cilantro.

1 1/2 Jalapeño.

Juice from a Lemon and a half.

2 Tbsp dried dill

1 Tsp Garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS:

Mix everything well in a blender and store in a container of your choice. Keeps fresh in the fridge for about a week.

Enjoy on salads (Good recipe coming up), tacos, as a veggie dip, on baked potatoes, fries dip, etc. This is a keeper. Not only it is healthy, but you will love it on just about anything that goes with a dressing or a dip.
