GRILLED SALMON WITH APPLE JALAPEÑO SALSA
INGREDIENTS:
3 Pieces of Alaskan Salmon
1 Apple (diced)
1 Orange (diced)
1/2 Jalapeño (diced)
2 Tbsp chopped cilantro
1/2 Lemon
Salt to taste
Lettuce to make a bed for the salmon
INSTRUCTIONS:
Grill the salmon to your liking. Here is a tip if you want grill marks, but don’t want it to stick to the pan. Place a sheet of parchment in between the pan and the salmon. You will get perfect grilled marks without the sticky mess. Thank me later. ;)
While that’s going. Combine apple, orange, jalapeño, cilantro, lemon juice and salt in a small bowl. Give it a quick mix.
Place a lettuce leaf on your serving plate, add the grilled salmon and top with salsa.
