MOTHER’S DAY GF/DF STRAWBERRY AND CHEESE TOAST

INGREDIENTS

1 Pack Trader Joe’s Norwegian GF crisps ( you may sub with a crisp or bread of your choice)

Boursin dairy-free garlic and herbs spread

Fresh strawberries

Fresh dill

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Slice the strawberries on a heart shape by simply cutting the top part of each berry off and slicing.

  2. Place the crips on a nice place for serving.

  3. Spread the cheese on the crips and arrange the slices of strawberries.

  4. Top with small pieces of dill

  5. Arrange on a nice breakfast tray, add some flowers, a little OJ, and you are golden. This is a super simple, healthy breakfast mom will enjoy that its not only guilt-free, but also pretty to look at. Happy Mother’s Day! Enjoy!
