FALL PEAR PASTRIES

INGREDIENTS:

4 Pears

1 Puff pastry sheet

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Preheat oven according to package instructions

  2. Cut one of the puff pastry sheets into three sections and then cut squares out of each section.

  3. With a rolling pin stretch each of the squares a bit. Don’t go too crazy with the rolling. The dough just needs to be slightly stretched so that it is easy to work with when wrapping around the pears.

  4. Carefully wrap the dough around each (washed and dried) pear and tuck in as needed with your fingers.

  5. Bake according to package instructions and serve. (Optionally you can serve them with a caramel sauce if you wish.) These are sure a treat! Enjoy!
