Raspberry Lemon Bread with Walnuts

INGREDIENTS:

1 Box of Lehi Mills Raspberry Muffin Mix (You may also use a different brand of muffin mix)

3/4 Cup whole Milk

1/4 Cup apple sauce

Handful of raspberries

3/4 Cup chopped walnuts

1 Tsp pure vanilla extract

Turbinado sugar for sprinkling the top

INTRUCTIONS:

1.- Preheat oven according to baking mix instructions.

2.- Line up a pound cake baking dish with parchment and set aside.

3.- Prepare muffin mix according to the instructions on the box, but make the following substitutions: Instead of water, you will use whole milk. Instead of oil, you will use apple sauce.

4.- Once you have your muffin mix ready to go and prepped with the necessary substitutions, proceed to add the raspberries and walnuts.

5.- Give it a quick mix and add the batter to the lined baking dish.

6.- Bake for 60 minutes (or until the toothpick comes out clean)

7.- Let fully cool before serving.
