NANA’S BANANA BREAD

INGREDIENTS:

1/2 Cup Butter (Room Temperature)

1 Cup White Sugar

2 Eggs

1 Tsp Vanilla

1 3/4 Cup All Purpose Flour

1 Tsp Baking Soda

1/2 Tsp Salt

1/2 Cup Plain Greek Yogurt

1/2 Cup Chopped Walnuts

2 Bananas (Mashed)


INSTRUCTIONS:

Preheat oven at 350° F

Cream softened butter and sugar in mixing bowl.  Add the eggs and vanilla and keep mixing at medium speed. In a separate bowl combine flour, baking soda and salt and give it a good mix. Carefully stir into the mixture while the mixture is going at a very low speed. Be careful to not over beat the batter, it affects the final texture of the bread. 

Carefully fold in the yogurt and mashed bananas until well combine. Pour the mixture into a loaf pan lined with parchment and place into the preheated oven.  Bake for 60 minutes or until done.
