GREEK POTATOES

INGREDIENTS:

8 potatoes (Washed, peeled and cut into wedges)

5 garlic cloves (crushed)

Juice from a lemon

1 cup of vegetable broth

2 tbsp of dry oregano

3 tbsp EVOO (Extra Virgin Olive Oil)

Salt and pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS:

Line up a large baking dish with parchment and arrange the potato wedges. Add garlic, lemon juice, vegetable broth, oregano, EVOO, and salt. With clean hands, give the potato wedges a quick toss and bake at 350º F for 35 minutes, or until nicely browned on the edges.

Serve immediately and enjoy!
