Pistachio Ice Cream Affogato

INGREDIENTS:

Häagen-Daz pistachio ice cream ( You may substitute by making your own ice cream, or combining vanilla ice cream with chopped pistachios)

1 shot of freshly brewed espresso

Italian breakfast cookies of your choice

INSTRUCTIONS:

Super simple-

  • Brew the espresso as strong as you like it.

  • Two scoops of pistachio ice cream into the glass

  • Top with an Italian cookie, and slowly pour the espresso on top of the cookie,

  • ENJOY!
