Pistachio Ice Cream Affogato
INGREDIENTS:
Häagen-Daz pistachio ice cream ( You may substitute by making your own ice cream, or combining vanilla ice cream with chopped pistachios)
1 shot of freshly brewed espresso
Italian breakfast cookies of your choice
INSTRUCTIONS:
Super simple-
Brew the espresso as strong as you like it.
Two scoops of pistachio ice cream into the glass
Top with an Italian cookie, and slowly pour the espresso on top of the cookie,
