CARAMEL LATTE CHIA PUDDING

INGREDIENTS:

2 16oz. coconut milk cans

1 Cup coconut sugar

1 Cup chia seeds

Shredded coconut (Garnishing)

Cacao Nibs (Garnishing)

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Mix coconut milk, sugar and seeds in a blender until smooth and creamy

  2. Pour into serving cups and refrigerate until fully set

  3. Garnish with coconut and cacao nibs

  4. Serve and Enjoy!!
