INGREDIENTS:

2 Tbsp butter (Cut in half)

4 Bolillo breads

2 Cups whole milk

1 1/2 Cup sugar

1 Tsp vanilla

3/4 Cup Raisin mix (Golden, craisins, raisins)

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Butter a small baking dish with the half of the butter.

  2. Preheat oven at 350ºF.

  3. Cut the bread into small little pieces and add to the baking dish.

  4. Let it sit/air for at least an hour (uncovered).

  5. Add sugar, milk and vanilla'- Give it a quick mix with your hands until well combined.

  6. add the remaining butter to the top and sprinkle raisins all over it.

  7. Bake for an hour.

  8. Let it cool completely before removing from the baking dish. At least an hour.

  9. Cut into rectangles and serve. ENJOY!
